It's positive or mega lightning you need to worry about..  Only makes up a small percentage of all lightning.

Cool capture of the event though by a lucky cameraman.

Flight crews often don't even realize they've taken a hit... it's normally a non-event.
there is a small risk that electronics may be disrupted or damaged, but like the airframe, they are protected.

Very cool footage though- you can even see some of the plasma get torn away and left behind!
