I wouldn't necessarily call her a bad mother. She probably just thought the kid was exaggerating, or just scared about the ride. She really couldn't have known.

Surprised a kid of that girth could almost slip through those harnesses, too.

He's not going anywhere... too big to come out of there, I think.  ;D

But it is probably partly her fault he's overweight...  ::)

He was screeching even before he slid down... not a "scary ride" person, for sure.
