My first YouTube cameo appearance

Postby ozzy72 » Wed Jul 24, 2013 9:05 am

This is video taken by one of the guys on Saturday down at Brands Hatch race track of some lucky bunnies getting pillion rides on the new Honda Fireblade behind a BSB racer (after the timings for position etc had been done for Sunday's race). I got Pete Hickman, he's mad! I briefly appear in this video getting off the bike in black leathers and a white & gold helmet (luckily you can't smell how scared I was).
This gives you an idea of what things mods like to do to relax (I would like to add Pete did a lot more wheelies, one of them at 145mph!)

However much these guys are paid to race, it's not enough!

Rather you than me, Mark!.... ;) ... ;) ...!

Even after 60+ years of daily Motorcycling, my sense of self preservation is still as strong as it ever was... ;) ...!

You would not get me on the back of that bike in a million years!... :o ...!

Motorbike racing always frightens me...pain and death involved...!

I bet you enjoyed yourself though!....Hero!... :D ...!

Paul...Captain Sensible... ...!

Crazy!
I normally hate "riding b*tch", but it might be more fun on a track, where you at least don't have to worry about traffic, potholes, RR crossings, and road plates! And insane speed is almost always a good thing.

Wow! what a ride. What speed did you top out at on that back stretch Ozzy?

This is why motorcycles are so great for clearing your mind of the stresses of every day life.
When your doing 145Mph wheelies its impossible to think of anything else. ... :D

What a ride!!

I hear that! 8-) <----Ozzy

There aren't to many people who can say they are a member of the 150Mph club. Heck I don't even think I'm
a member. Off hand.. I think I've only reached 130Mph. On 4-wheels.
