Would love to participate in a new Simviation Airshow, time differences may be a problem for me though. Another problem is everyone has to download each others aircraft for them to appear properly. Still would be nice to know if there is any interest?

That looks pretty cool, do you think there's a time which could suit everyone, just might be a bit late for someone?

I can remember the first one back in 2006, and only managed a flypast in the cub in 2007, Would definately be interested in Taking part in another airshow at somepoint too:

SimV Airshow 2006
clicky
another clicky
Yet another clicky
Yey Another Clicky

The Vulcan one was a last ditch idea between me & the other Simv VBBMF members, and almost 2 years later it took its first flight again!.

Greg Ebnit...haven't seen him around for a while now.... ::)....
(I have his excellent "Water Drop" scenery).

The Sim V Air Shows use to be very popular at one time, and organised by some of our experienced Members, who also stipulated the very important Rules for the Air Show...;)...!

All Pilots and Visitors not participating in the actual display had to park-up, and display the low polygon "Paper Aeroplane", so as not to overload the On-line Server.

General "messing about", annoying, and zooming around at low level over the Crowd was not allowed....definitely not a free-for-all!

Any/all 3rd. Party participating Aircraft has to be listed in advance.

If properly organised and controlled, it was sometimes well supported, on occasions.

Differing Time Zones is always a problem!.. :-/

Paul..G-BPLF...FS 2004... 8-)...!
Win 8.1 64-bit. DX11. Advent Tower. Intel i7-3770 3.9 GHz 8-core. 8 GB System RAM. AMD Radeon HD 7700 1GB RAM. DVD ROM. 2 Terra Byte SATA Hard Drive. Philips 17" LCD Monitor. Saitek Cyborg X Fly-5 Joystick. ...and a Briggs and Stratton Petrol Lawn Mower.

We should organize another airshow! It looks fun having more than 4 people online at the same time. 8-)
