Its all lies. here are all the things wrong:

Camel spiders dont Screech, or inject poison (but they do inject novacain, to numb you up will they rip you up), They dont spin webs. Yes, they are nocturnal, but dont chase you, and, they cant jump.

Essel might have seen a few in real life.
