The song is some song called "Loituma", or there-abouts.

The scene is from an Anime called "Bleach", Episode #2 I believe.

Her name is Orihime Inoue  ;)

I know the song...Didn't know the rest...LOL...I'm guessing this must be from Anime? ;D ;D
