Man, that looked aweful! Glad they were able to return in one piece... I can't help to feel sorry for the bird...

:o Have you realize that this video seems like if would being made in a profesional TV studio? :o seems like the BBC personel was by coincidence that day in the airport's area
Problably the greatest video I ever seen in an "almost crash" plane....are you shure this was not one of those engines test? :-?............Mmm nevermind ::)

The video wasn't made by the BBC, but by Simon Lowe who is a professional 'videographer'. There's also another video of the same incident taken by some visitors to the viewing park. I agree that this is probably the greatest video of this kind. It's amazing to listen to ATC and the crew onboard handling the problem calmly and professionally  8-)
