Shot down enough planes yet?

Postby JA 37 Viggen » Sun May 06, 2007 10:44 am

A little history of the Israeli Air Force. From the Six Day War to the Peace of the Gallilee (or something like that.) I guess you can call the IAF the leading airforce in tems of modern jet kills. From what I also know they also have the leading modern jet ace with 13 kills on the old Nesher (Mirage III). Anyway how about a video!

Oh and DON'T read the comments! (to much of a mess. Some Turk and an Israeli got into a little flame war)

IAF is one of the best airforces in the world.  With military service compulsory in Israel, becoming a pilot is the most prestigous position one can attain on entrance.
