Buying it tomorrow if I can run it.  My only bottleneck is the CPU.  Core2Duo P8700 @ 3.03 Ghz.  Could I run it at max like I can MW2?

You should be able to run it fairly well. You won't get DX11 goodies but it should play decently on your system.

GTX 260M is essentially an underclocked 8800GT and the game loves Quad Cores. Should run good on medium.

Runs good on Very High!  =D  The game is awesome!  Does anyone else lag in MP, though?  I will stop moving, and then i will be immediately pulled 5ft in the opposite direction that I just moved.

Nope no issue on that here. I just have occasional crashing at random lol.
