Is their any way to take pictures on my tv and put them on the computer?  I play Ace Combat 04 on my PS2 and always want to post pictures, but I always get the TV effect (where the pxls are visable).


P.s. I don't know what section this should be in but I bloody hell couldn't figure it out...
