You play as the PROTOTYPE Big Daddy. One a bit smaller, but able to fully use Plasmids. Unlike in Bioshock 1, you get FULL ACCESS to all the toys. Drill and Rivet Gun included!
The new big bad guy... Excuse me, Girl is what's called the Big Sister... One of the escaped Little Sister's returned home and changed into something MUCH meaner...
