done, their on simv servers, although i think that if they were to kill this arbitrary rule, they may have enough bandwidth to get with the year 2008 in the free user file dl speeds....

The rule is there so that the forums load at an acceptable speed for everyone, whether they run on cable, dsl, or 56k!  :P
