I reccomend it.
I haven't died once yet.
You don't really need any cheats with all the plasmids that you can equip.
The ones that you can see in my screenshot are, in order from F1:
Electro Bolt - Which lets you shoot lightning out of your hand as seen in picture 3.
Telekenesis - Which lets you pick up and throw objects around with your hand.
One which I can't remember the name of which shoots bees out of your hand.
Another one which I can't name which calls a Big Daddy (if you are near one) to come and help you.
And Inferno (or something similar) which shoots fire out of your hand, the plus symbol means it is an upgraded version which does extra damage etc.

Get it, but be sure to find a very comfy chair and to stock up on provisions before you start playing...  ;D

I got a little towards halfway and havn't played since. Think I am waiting to reinstall it on my new rig once I finish the build. Reinstall Crysis as well.
