The problem isn't that the JC hasn't responded..........

We lost the mods that were running the JC contest.......(Cantflywontfly and Patchz)

We're stretched pretty thin. Maybe when we get the Monthly Screenshot Contest going strong again we can take some time to revive the JC Contest

Pick all the themes you want....we still need someone to volunteer their time to run this thing, or we're just wasting time
