Missing parts in screeshots

maybe one of you can answer my question. I've been using Screenhunter 5.0 for taking screenshots. Sometimes there are parts of the aircraft missing in my shots. I switched to Irfanview with the same result. I'm missing flaps, pilots or the whole aircraft (missing parts example and correct example). Anybody know why this is?
