"I just loved every bit of this shot. The sky its outstanding, the angle is great, and the city in the background just finishes off this great shot. The man standing on the rooftop as a helicopter lands makes me think of some type of mobster movie where the man is looking for a quick getaway! Well done!"

"This very well could have been a winner as well. The big city is definitely there, and well lit up. What looks to be a pretty serious thunderstorm is overhead, adding to the drama of the shot. And in this one not having the whole aircraft in the shot works well!"
Third place is for:

"This one had all the elements I was looking for. A cruise ship heading into a big city, some stormy weather, and a nice angle. I like that the shot is taken where the river splits, and you can see down each way. Also the water looks very good, and fitting for the shot."
