Depends on where you're trying to get rid of them at. Are you talking about in game, or in a screenshot.
If it's for in game, posting your specs and sim would help out greatly.
If it's for screenshots, there's a few ways we can go.

In that case, the first way, which is what I use the most, is to take the eraser tool in your graphics program and set the opacity to around 15-20% and lightly work the jaggies down to a smooth line.
The other way is to use the soften tool and work over the jags until they are gone, but thus method is more noticeable in the end result.

Also the smudge tool set at around 7-16% going along with the edge of the jaggies can get them effectively erased. Just don't warp the photo.
