Subtle Differences

Postby Souichiro » Sat Apr 19, 2008 7:42 am

I saw these two pics from today's flight and thought they'd make a nice example of negative zoom...

1st is just normal zoom
Image

2nd not much changed// just hit the - key once... Way more depth in the shot!

Just thought it'd make a nice example :)

...all my Zooms are always set to 0.75, instead of the standard 0.0...;)...!

Much more realistic....especially in the Cockpit Mode.. [smiley=thumbsup.gif]...!

Paul...zooming off to the Toilet.. ;)...!

I agree for the cockpit, but the standard is 1.0 not 0.0.

Excellent tip Soui! I love that one! Great value for 'the youngsters'.

Oh man  ... don't get smart with Paul. That is obviously a typo ::)

Paul deserves respect ... he's been around here longer than Pete ;D

Plus he'll share his home cooking recepies with you ;D

I put the correction nicely. I don't think a typo can occur acrossed the keyboard: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,then 0. Acrossed the keyboard. ;)

Unless he is like me and uses they number pad exclusively. Then the 0 & 1 are on top of each other.  ;)

Both very nice shots, and a big difference. 1st is very 'down in it', looks like you're taking off from a strip club in the forest. In the second you're a safe height looking across a panorama of trees...

I see you're still using those sparkly Xmas lights... ;D
They look good here...
