How do I?

I just completed my new rig and would like to submit some screenies of the rig with a lil hardware review on it. The same goes for some screenshots in "The Cage" and both Free & Payware sections of FSC screenies.

Question is what program would I use to resize and convert the shots to JPG's?

Im new to posting screenshots but I really want to post some.

Any help would be appreciated
