I concur with mic. 6.

With the relatively small amount of space we are allowed for our shots (800 pixels max width) every space has to 'pay for itself' i.e. be interesting enough to warrant it being there. This shot has large swathes of background that simply aren't interesting enough.

Try to pack your shot with as much scenery, weather effects, interesting angles and so on as you can fit into it, and you should have a better shot than this.

On the plus side though, that F-18 looks quite nice and there is a moderate amount of atmosphere to the shot - peacefulness to me, in this case. Both are good things. ;)

7.0 Nice lighting, could use a bit more oomph if you know what I mean. Unfortunately, your pic is mathematically eliminated. Keep trying though.
