SCREENART WARS

Welcome to Screenart Wars Round One!

For those who haven't competed before, Screenart Wars is a head-to-head tournament, where you'll face off against another member who's taking part. You fight one on one in a certain category, which I have already allocated, and the winner moves on into Round Two and the tournament continues.

[size=20]RULES - PLEASE READ

- Below you'll find who you're facing in Round One and which category you've been put into. You must produce a screenshot that fits the category criteria and send it via PM to me ENSURING THAT YOUR ENTRY IS SENT BEFORE THE DEADLINE (see below for deadline).

- I will post the shots in a thread entitled "Screenart Wars! The Entries Round XX" and a small panel of judges (myself, Jayhawk Jake and Mab_08) will select a winner from each category. The winner goes on to Round Two to fight against another contender in a different category.

- I WILL NEED YOUR FULL COMMITMENT TO SCREENART WARS!! I cannot stress this enough as the last War was cancelled due to lack of commitment (which we do NOT want a repeat of); hence why I have invited people to play rather than anyone signing up.

- In the event of an odd number of contenders at the start of a round (e.g. 7 members to star round two) the judge panel will select the best shot out of the shots that didn't make Round Two and the contender will be re-entered to even the numbers out - so instead of 7 members to start a Round, we will then have 8.

- All entries must be sent to my by PM and MUST MEET THE DEADLINE of 9th November 2007.

- Editing is NOT ALLOWED in Screenart Wars - freeware and payware are both allowed; however we encourage freeware to be used.

I thought it would be interesitng to see the Kings of the Heavies duking off against each other... 8-)

As for editing, I chose not to include it because not everyone can edit, also this War is about the "raw shot"
