Drawn sig

Here's my new sig, with an effect I've been playing around with for a few days now, please tell me what you think of it (the sig not the choice of aircraft) 8-) As you can see I tried to add a bit of helpful background information

The text is good, but I'd move that second sentence below the first one. The word "yourself" doesn't look good by itself IMO.

that's better, but you should try aussie's idea too.

I think the second sentence would be more effective on its own line below the first one. plus you have enough space in the lower left corner to fit the 2 lines when the 2 sentences on the same line ends crushed between the border and the spit belly...

my 2 cents anyway.

your sig is still nice that way.

may I also suggest that you post a pic of your first sig in your first post, then a pic of your second sig in your second post so that anybody coming "after the battle" could comments on each variation of your sig?
