Nice. However, the background is a bit dull - I think you should have a mix of cloud and clear sky.

Maybe, in order to make the shot more interesting, you should have panned the shot so that the aircraft appeared more to the rear of the shot.

I find the shot has very little to distinguish itself. The sky is solid and colorless, scenery is typical and uninteresting, aircraft attitude, camera angles and livery are adequate but again have no uniqueness or drama. Try to think of every shot you set up as your own. Add something to make it unique to you and your style. Whether it be an aircraft close up  perspective, really interesting sky/cloud combination, rare and original liveries or aircraft types, make the pics YOURS. When people look at them, they'll recognize them as being yours by the unique and original style you create in each of your shots.
Hope this helps.... :)

I agree with Clipper.... :)

It's crisp and clear enough, but lacks dynamism, scenery, interest...and anything Japanese - could be almost anywhere, really.

...

...well, you did ask!!  :D

Also I would make it just a little more obvious that you're on final. I mean use the shot to see where you're going, like in the shot below:

I know it's a boring shot but it's just to give you an idea, so when you are going to post shots or taxiing around and docking at the gate you can use your approach shot to show: "This is where it's gonna happen"...            (:P)

But you do have the potential when it comes to graphical quality.. :)

PS: Remember, no shot is perfect, it's not ment to be either because it's still far from real... :D

PPS: Your sig had me in stitches ;D ;D ;D

(I'm gonna get badgered for that...
