What is the best method of cutting in paint.net? I can't keep holding down the mouse as i cut and what if the picture is just to big? :-? My biggest problem is cutting.

paint.net is the biggest problem of cutting in paint.net
As freeware is concerned, I believe GIMP is 100x better
