AA help

Postby murjax » Thu May 31, 2007 11:52 pm

I was reading the tutorial on how to fix the AA problem but I still need help on what I should do here. ImageShould I leave it on "application preference or should I not have that and instead work that bar up. You tell me. :)

Cool i have that same one. OK on the AA uncheck the Application preference and set it to 4x. The anisotropic filtering is way too much. reset it to 4x. The vertical sync should be set all the way up. Tat should make everything look better. ;)

OpenGL? Flight Simulator is DIRECT 3d. so Open GL settings have no effect AT ALL.

Click on Direct 3d and turn up Anti Aliasing to X4. With a X300, in my opinion, higher settings aren't worth the hit taken by higher settings.

Also your video control center looks very old. If I were you I would delete your videodrivers altogether, then, get the newest ones of the ATi website and use ATi TRAY TOOLS to change my videodriver settings.

I did what a1 said but this time with DIRECT 3d. How does this look? Image If there are any problems then what do I need to do?
