I have just installed YAFSS but I'm not sure what is meant by Keep within 100K max?   I have ticked Scale to fixed horizontal size & maintain aspect ratio, so will this keep to 100K max size or is there another way?   I cannot see anything tickable on the optiions page.... :-/

Thanks,
TerryW

All screenshots must be a maximum of 800 pixels wide (that is the size of the image).  Filesize is what you see if you right click the image and go to properties, that has to be less than 100KB.

You might need a graphics editor like IrfanView to reduce the file size of your shots. Open the image in IrfanView & click File/Save As. Select JPG - JPEG format from the "Save as type" option. You can experiment with the compression slider to get the desired result. This gets easier with experience.

PS. I saved the above shot at the quality shown. It came out at 24 Kb. Move the slider to the right to increase the file size for better quality.
