Heathaze Gallery Nomination

Here is gallery nomination. I apologise if I've done something wrong but it's my first effort, superb paint from UKMIL...

Stunning! If I would rate this one I'd give it a 9,5! (I never give 10's ... there's always room for improvement ;D

This is a fantastic shot but I might have turned a little more to the left to get a nicer angle on the plane. But that is just a minor detail! Clouds, color, key and fill lighting, dynamics, perspective ... it's all here.

Keep 'em coming! I'd like to see more of these kinds of shots!

thast simply a stunning shot
i love tornado's unless it was painted pink with a republican elephant on the tail

i was at  RAF marham few weeks ago. saw GR4's fly all week, and was lucky enough to see the LAST LAST LAST flight of the canberra while in service. as on the sunday after arrival the canbeera squadrons went and laid down their standards.

Definite yes from me. What I really like from this composition is how the setup almost divides the pic into two distinct halves of focus: that Beeeaauuutiful cloud setup in the lower portion and a lovely paint on the fighter up above. The angle and perspective achieve that perfectly and the lighting is just tight. While dividing pics is not always a good move, just the right blend was achieved in this shot, using the fighter to bar the baren upper background behind. I really like how the clouds stretch far far away. I give it a 9. Superb shot. 8)

Anytime this entry hits 80% yes, it's Gallery bound. It's passed the minimum 25 votes, just has to reach 80%

I've been watching this great entry almost minute to minute Heathaze and when it reached 78% it made me wonder if our 80% qualification is a bit too tough. I thought it might be a good idea to post a revised qualificaton figure and put it to vote..somewhere in the 75% area. After all, 3 out of 4 is a definate indication of approval..Hang in, if the 75% is voted in, your pic
