Another One...

Here's another...I was rather fond of this screen...but eventually lost my taste after I kept thinking that it lacked something...maybe someone can tell me what it lacked...

Maybe if you zoomed out a bit more to fit the aircraft in, and maybe add some mountian peaks just above the top left  clouds aswell. Other than that the lighting is absolutely super...:)..!

I find shots above a broken layer of cloud in flight simulator to be well . . boring. For some reason, flight above cloud in flight simulator never really yields action screenies because the clouds tend to be rather flat. But as soon as you show about 30% of ground in the shots, the shots start to become alive. Thats what I think, so decrease the cloud coverage I say! Other than that, its a great shot!

I think what you need here Ashar is to enhance this pic using small adjustments. This pic by itself certainly is great, but small edits could result in a better pic. for instance, you could tweak the time of day to ealry dusk or late dawn to get a real feeling of depth as this would add different lighting aspects to the pic (shadows, adding a whole different tone of colour to the shot etc). When I say "tone", I mean somewhat like the entire image might have an orange tint if it were dusk (this would especially show on the fuselage), plus if you were to do as yaarpanjabi said and reveal some terrain/ground - especially a really nice scenic view, like some mountains etc.

If you played with the camera angle, too, that would be cool. I can see you want to show the view down from above the Airbus, but one could say that this is a very "normal" angle. Experiment a wee bit and come up with some unusual (but not too erratic) angles - remember to keep the angles believable with pics like this, after all a civil jet isn't as "action-packed" as a fighter jet, so try and stick to this feeling. ;)

I hope in my stupidly long post you find something of use ::) ;D

Not stupid at all...I accept all comments as long as they make sense...I have to fire up FS soon and take some shots...Heck, I just returned Monday night and I just saw Tongass Fjords at simMarket so purchased it...lovely addition to my already vast Alaskan scenery... :)

Tough call Ashar. It's difficult to determine what's missing without having a better handle on what you were trying to acheive when you took the shot. Image quality, reflect are super, the aircraft is nice to look at..hmmm, maybe it's missing that drama or things to keep the viewers interest and attention element again. Honestly though, it's a beautiful pic in itself... :)
