Ok if i read this correct, you want to know how we take screenshots? Ok a lot of people just hit Print Screen and paste it into MS Paint. Some use 3rd party programs, I use Grab Clip Save but there are many out there. For editing screen shots i personally use Photoshop CS but a lot of people don't have an extra $600  ;)
