Time for Studio V's Daily Hotshot! Screenshots chosen by myself showing off our members multiple screenshot talents.

Today's pick.....

The Super Sabre Just Got Superer!!

Image

Picture - Fitter's first image from his thread "Incredible Talent". He shows off Mr Lucian Lie's great F-100 Super Sabre, and the lighting, weather and the way the aircraft is offset from the centre of the image sums it up nicely. The Super Sabre itself almost "frames" the image, especially on the left-hand side with it's tail. What really stands out is the lighting though - it looks like it's just before dusk, as the sun is just beginning to set, and the Super Sabre is gleaming nicely....

Want to comment yourself on the pic? Expect another Hotshot tomorrow!!

You've got to love the way the reflect creates a realistic look to the aircraft. A typical Fitter quality pic.  :)

Fitter, I don't think removing ur RAM should affect ur settings, since all data stored in RAM is lost on shutdown. If there is no power running through the RAM chips it can hold no info. They are described as volatile, whereas non-volatile memory like ROM, do not need to be periodically refreshed. Hence removing RAM chips when ur PC is off can have no effects on it if they are properly placed back before u restart. Your improved graphics and fps can be attributed to a faster flow of data between ur RAM and it slots, or mayb one of the chips werent properly set in before, but settings like IE and ur desktop are actually stored on ur HD, else they would be lost at every restart.

Yea RAM is supposed to be cleared evry time on shutdown but sometimes things dont quite work right,  and hey if he did it and it improved the shots, who are we to say its impossible!  ;D
