A1, that is a very pretty shot, but I think the entire shot (Scenery and AC) should have been zoomed in more.

9.5

8.0    or....keep the scenery as is, just get the plane zoomed in really close.  :)

Strange how most people seem to want to zoom in all the time, me, I like the overview.
I think it is excellent, this pic, it really gives an impression of soaring high over the clouds in endless space.
9.5 from me!

The colours really are very beautiful and tranquil....though the plane really is too small for my liking. This time it's an 8...very restful...

Hm. want a number? How about a 7?

This is a great idea! Very nice atmosphere.

It could be zoomed in just a hair... and although I really like the way the plane is "part of the scenery", I think it would have been fine to offset the plane a little, say, to the left, so it's more in composition with the peak in the middle foreground.
Aside from basic Photgraphy 101 composition, I find with inflight shots, putting the plane off-center helps suggest its movement, without using rain or contrails.

Not crazy about that angle on the plane, either.... not its "best side".

Also, if it were mine, I'd crop the hell out of the top of it. "Negative space" is all fine and good, but that's way too much featureless sky, unless you were showing the plane even farther in the distance.

I have raised my rating by one point because this shot relaxes me more and more every time I see it  :P , and the distance in the shot isnt worth deducting 1.5 points anyway.

This takes you to total of 80 with one rating to go. ;)
