Gatwick's is edited unless there is a motion blur addon out there.  :-?

He apparently used HDR, but I was never able to make it blur like that....

Ok, found the post where he is claiming that the 2004 bloom addon does this.
Is anyone able to positively confirm and document this?

We can't just rely on an unfounded claim. Proof of this would be amazing, and would bring screenshot techniques to a whole new level, but I want to see it before I believe it.

I tried it with his settings,  I could only get bloom.
