This one should be very easy. What song is being sung? Where is it? What is the reference?

Movie is "Flight of the Intruder"

Song is "Downtown"

Where is it? Sam City (Saigon), now Ho Chi Minh City

I said it was easy. But not Saigon, Hanoi, 1094 miles north of Saigon. Saigon was South Vietnam. You got everything else correct. Good job.
