Click on the 'Upload Images' link near the top of this page.

You'll find rules, instructions, a tutorial and a link to the 'Irfanview' utility that can capture your screenshot(s) and resize and format your screenshot for upload.

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
