I like it, but it seems dark to me.

Its not a dark shot... its actually very light on mine :-?

Too dark, lighting is a bit off, no shadows... -

No. It is dark and that has nothing to do with the resolution of your monitor. Try calibrating it properly. Just type in "calibrate monitor" in google...  ;)
