Honestly? I think it's great. Shows real talent...colors are great, motion, really nice...mean it!  :)

Not sure if this is how he did it, but the easiest way is to C&P the layer...flip it vertically 180 degreess, stick it under the other circle and then reduce the opacity....

and there you have it...a simple reflection :)

made by duplicateing the layer, and then stepping the transparancy down by 25% percent and then the very last one is like 5%

easy peasy :P :D

once you have done that,you then need to merge those layers down. then copy the layer with the circles and flip it verticly.
place that flipped layer below the origional, make a selection about 3/4 of the circles, feather it and hit delete once or twice. and hey presto a mirrored image.

if you want i will put together a full tutorial on it, if thats ok with clipper
