Having fun in this little jet.

reminds me of a ducted fan model......i wonder if the ducted fan works in a real aircraft as it does on r/c flying models....hmmmm.....would it be more efficient or less efficient than a regular prop?.....

Seems an odd name for a jet. I was expecting shots of a microlight or bush plane.

Dowty experimented with ducted fans fitted to a BN-2A Islander back in the 1970s. It was given the registration G-FANS.My friend worked on it while it was being tested at Shoreham Airport. The Islander was later converted back to standard.
