Apparently I have POI on...I'll have to look into turning that off lol

It's in the "Assistance" options if I'm not mistaken.
Usually it's one of the first options I disable as well :) This, plus settings the mouse interactions back into the "legacy" mode to avoid these big blue tooltips each time your mouse gets close to a button or lever...
