Dassault Rafale question

Going through my very old archived zip files I found this among them. I put it in FSX, and it works perfectly OK. Can't seem to find where it came from. Was it a payware turned freeware. Here is a copy of the aircraft.cfg. There are loads of different models as well. [fltsim.0]
