Used to drive for Greyhound back in the 1980s. Now I'm flying one in FS2004.

We go to Florence, Italy, flying the Macchi-Castoldi C.205 Veltro (Greyhound). This was a deadly WWII Italian fighter. Good thing that it appeared late in the war in small numbers, as it could hold its own even against the venerable P-51 Mustang. Still, they knocked a lot of Allied bombers from the skies. Find her here at Simviation: https://simviation.com/1/search?submit= ... egoryId=42 , the full package as well as repaints. Except for way-excessive power on take off (have throttled back the power in the aircraft.cfg in all models by a third to half, depending on which of the 3 models) she's proving to be good fun, looks great, sounds are pretty decent, and she flies nice. A lot of work went into this model.

In showing her some, here's another one of my upcoming "Specialty Skies". This one is a bright, clean, and colorful sky over the Italian terrain...

Am thinking we could benefit from a full hour window to be able to edit a post, not just half an hour.

The aircraft model featured above (and below) is by Manuele Villa and Italianwings, Flight dynamics by Manuele Villa and Kikko Zanaboni.
