the scenery is freeware for FSX/P3d and a version is also available for x-plane 11 from https://hawaii-photoreal.com/
when installed the scenery takes up 6-7GB of space on your hard drive.

I flew the real S-76A, B and C+ for over 20 years. My thanks to everyone who contributed to this quite faithful recreation. In fact, somewhere out there is a livery of the Merrill Lynch "A" model that I flew every now and then. I've tried to apply my Prudential Insurance "A" livery but my computer painting skills are pretty weak; if I ever manage to finish it I will post it.
