I have visited Las Vegas once and it was much better
than what people who has not been there think. :geek:

Great place to go for screenshots in Flight Sim also.

What scenery is that from Dave? It certainly doesn't look like the default FSX. Been there 5 times since 1991, but it was much nicer the first couple of times, then it wemt downhill. Nice shots. My PC is about 12 years old. 32 bit XP, so I suppose putting that amount of detail in would really slow it down.

See those hills in background on pic 1? I was up there from 1961 to 1964 at Air Force Radar Station (height finder for tracking the X-15). It snowed May 1. I was at 8,650 ft and winds sometimes topped 100 mph. Snowed 6 to 8 months a year. Open range so cows, horses, sheep, etc on road at night (no lights up there). Mountain lions too. I have a lot of stories to tell of stuff the happened those 3 years. I was lucky to survive. Black ice, winds, etc. But it's fantastic scenery. Camp grounds, ski lodge, motel, reaturant, etc up 'Lee Canyon' area which is 45 miles NW of Lost Wages.
