Muckle Flugga, farther than you would want to go

Postby OldAirmail » Sun Jun 04, 2017 8:35 am

Wandering the world in a sim you can see many things that you'd NEVER see otherwise.

Of course, those in the UK know about Muckle Flugga, but to me it was..... um, interesting.

This lighthouse must be an Orbx only scenery because it doesn't exist in FSX.

This is Muckle Flugga in the Shetland Islands from P3d V3 (I didn't check the time of day nor the season)
Image

And this is Muckle Flugga from P3d V4 (Notice how round the tower is?)
Image

In any event, I'll be happy to never go out there in real life.

I don't know, Anthin.

My last Muckle Flugga lasted only one year. I might move up to the New & Improved Muckle Flugga.

Of course, getting a Muckle Flugga for 70% off might make it worth while.

You don't suppose that they're selling reconditioned ones do you. :o

I've come to a decision.

My wife can probably go a month without eating much.

If I save money that way, I can afford a new leather covered Muckle Flugga.

I might have to skip a beer, but I think that skipping her birthday present would be better. Problem solved! :D

Muckle Flugga..........Hmmm  Sounds like the successor of the Yugo. That or a Belly Dancer from Casbah.

An Aircraft Mechanic only needs two tools, Duct Tape and WD40.
If it moves and it's not supposed to - use the Duct Tape.
If it doesn't move and it's supposed to - use the WD40.

Well.... there is a 440 pound belly dancer by the name of Muckle Flugga.

She dances for free, but insists that the event be well catered.

There was something on the news this morning,
about a 400 pound Muckle flugga belly dancer.
She is said to have exploded!!
Autopsy revealed she consumed too much Flugging
Muckles for breakfast. :o

Breaking news!
It was estimated that over 100 people were knocked off their
feet by the explosion... :naughty:
