Sequim, has given itself the nickname of Sunny Sequim. :whistle: :D Due to the unique climate. Also well known of the "Lavender Capital of North America" :whistle: :o .. :o :dance: :dance:

Mr. Bob, I also heard it's a good place for crabbing. If you seafood lover :whistle:... Oh, yeah.. Captain, :D You're right Dungeness crab. Crab flourishes in Dungeness Bay, and crabbing is a popular local pastime here.

Thanks for these links to videos. Really enjoyed them. I have a friend (female) that moved up there from California after she retired and she loves it up there. Snow and all. Sequim is protected by the mountains to the South West so it can be raining all around and Sequim will be clear. Maybe windy and still cold, but protected. The rain will go around and hit Seattle area to the East and will miss Sequim. In the 1960's being in the Air Force and fixing radars, I have been a 'weather' nut ever since, and it is really a strange weather 'pattern', if you will, that 'hits' Sequim. Must go visit sometime.
