Back to Death Valley

The scenery is from Blue Sky Scenery and starts here - Death Valley National Park South.

Next move over one step to the east and get - Southern Pahrump Valley, Shoshone (L61).

Now move up one to - Northern Pahrump Valley, Mercury (KDRA).

And last, move one block to the west to - Death Valley National Park Central, Furnace Creek (L06)

Load them into your flight sim.

The resolution is 1 m/pix and it has a 10 m high mesh, so if you can, reset your graphic details to match. It's well worth it even if your FPS drop way down.

Takeoff from L07, that's L Zero Seven.

I've NEVER wanted to go to Death Valley until I met up with this scenery.

Thanks, guys.

Two things to mention - First, the Blue Sky Scenery is free. Second, generally, photo scenery is much better on your FPS than even "standard" flight sim scenery.

If there is any lowering of FPS, it might because of having to set the mesh and texture to the max. My Mesh setting is at 1 meter, and the Texture Resolution is 15 centimeters My Texture can go down to 7 centimeters, but I can't see any improvements on that setting.

Try it and see how your flight sim does. If you need to move any of the sliders lower, try the Texture settings first.

Here's a comparison between Blue Sky Scenery (altitude - about 350 - 400 feet AGL)
