Great pics, love the PV2 fire bomber. I tried to download it, don't know where it went.

neat....does it actually put out the fire?

You beat me to it! Another couple of masterpieces by Sir Milton and crew. How'd you build the fire? Is that a scenery add-on or a hidden FSX feature?

I have dragged and dropped the excellent 2004; "FireDash Package" by Greg Ebnit, into my FSX, and it works fine!

Places fires in the San Gabriel Mountains above San Bernardino, Malibu, San Diego, and Lake Tahoe.

I remember following the 2007 devastating California fires in the daily news broadcasts at the time.

(Lots of good FS2004 scenery works a treat in FSX...always worth a try!).

I can put fire wherever I want it using Airport Design Editor. Just find a place
where you want to put a forest fire and copy down the coordinates and elevation
from your flight sim. Then I use ADE (Airport Design Editor), a free program, to
place the fire. It's a default FSX effect......In ADE just right click on the screen and choose "Add Effect".
Scroll down until you see fx_ForestFire.......


Unfortunately the retardant does not put out the fire........it does leave a nice red stripe though

Kind of like in real life sometimes... Thanks for the tip on how to build a fire. I'm gonna try that.
