Golden Hour Approach To Denver...
Posted: Fri Jun 26, 2015 12:09 amSo its been a few years since posting any screenshots. Have been back to the skies for awhile now, just haven't had much time to go through them all, nor many that are worth posting.
But tonight, it was a rare occurrence that everything lined up for a beautiful evening flight.
Southwest Flight 910 from Oklahoma City to Denver...737-700.
Making our descent into Denver as storms loom ahead, pretty uneventful flight till now.
Let the fun begin...Getting bumpy now.
And going missed...Caught up in dodging the storm and fighting turbulence we were way to high for an approach.
2nd attempt making our way down to runway 7. Getting really rough now.
Letting it all hang out...Winds playing with our 737 like its a toy.
Finally DOWN, and it was far from smooth
. Passing "Carl" the Coyote heading out for a departure to Minneapolis. He is by far my favorite of the Frontier gang.
Almost to gate C32 in the last bit of golden light. Welcome to Denver
