Few Shots of a re-paint I found of Thomas Ruths 727-200 Advanced model.

I de' logo'ed it , took off all the Corporate logo's, am pretty much goin to just leave it the way it is, add some lite weathering effects on the wings and engine area.

This has my updated working FMC cockpit textures in it.

It looks like your model has the same strange engine smoke as mine. Kinda annoying for such a great model of the 727. 8-)

Engine Smoke ????

Naw, is dat' what that is ????

yip, it doesn't quite go off as it should about 1/2 throttle, I have to back it down to just under 1/2 throttle let the Engines whine down and then it'll quit , then I can throttle back up to 1/2, but those old 727's used to smoke a lot, and as a kid I can remember the loud Whine as they took off in the 1960's & 1970's.

until they put Hush kits on them.

the 707's and early 737-100's & 200's used to smoke and White really loud, I like that :P :P :P

as well as the L-1011's & DC-10's and Douglas DC-8's , and some Fighter Jets too    :P

but,, nothing, but nothing, was ever as loud as my ugly wore out hunk of Genuine pure S*** Lawn Boy push mower ! :? :o
