Looking out the window

Postby OldAirmail » Sat Jan 31, 2015 6:50 pm

A short while ago people were talking about video & screen shots while looking out the window.

Some talked of using an overlay panel, or "WingViews.

It's actually very easy if you have OpusFSI or OpusFSX.

I've never played around with it, thinking that it might be more complicated than I wanted.

B.S. it's as simple clicking Left, Right, Forward, and Back buttons. Too high? Click on Up or Down buttons.

Did I loose anybody?

Yes, it's that simple.

Pegger had the key point - "If so, you need to find a plane with that portion of the interior actually modelled..."

Essentially - if you can see in to the cabin, you can probably move into the cabin.

Moving backwards in your basic AN-26 This was my first try.

Then just turn around. :D

Looks like they had paper trained "jump dogs" onboard. :D

And now for the "Window View"

Your typical early production Lockheed Constellation

If your system has enough power to record a flight, you should be able to use this.

I truly Feel sorry for that Passenger who only gets 1/2 a Seat

Could NOT believe that when I seen it, how they could mess up what could of been a perfectly good interior, somebody wasn't checking their work as they should of before release !!

Just hope that seat is offered at a Major Discount :?

The rest of the plane is fairly nice, but they sure messed up on the passenger interior big time.

I had posted a series of screen shots on Just flights forum a few years ago , after I bought the constellation, thinking they might offer a Fix for it, but haven't heard a response back out of them on that particular matter in 2 years ,,,,,

wouldn't be that hard to Fix if they'd get into the model file and then offer us an update.

more Photos of poor passenger   :D : http://forum.justflight.com/forum_posts ... elp-connie

And did you know that SOME people are afraid of flying!!! THEY DON'T WANT TO LOOK OUT THE STUPID WINDOW!!!

And FOR YOUR INFORMATION - That is a seat for carry-on pets! NOW don't you feel foolish!

Ohhhh I thought it was a seat for, Really Skinny People or somethin',,,, and the rest of the seats were for Bigger type people.

So that's the deal, now I get it, 1/2 a seat for Skinny people at 1/2 De' Price !!!

so much potential for that Aircraft too, if that'd just go in a Fix it, I believe that was actually contracted out back then to Black Box Simulations back then, if I remember right and Just Flight just sells the product.

Think I even sent Black Box a question if they'd ever fix it and the missing wing views from inside to, can't remember now what their response was been to long ago.

I know 1 half assed way to Fix it, but it still wouldn't look right even after I got thru with that File that's the problem, I just keep blowing it off while I mess with other Aircraft or scenery, one day I'll go tinker with the file, bout all I can do is add windows tho,, I wouldn't be able to fix the missing wing views or the 1/2 a seat .

1/2 price huh ????? how much $$$
