Wow...wonderful shot Anthin...well done... :clap:

I was given a lot of help here from many Simviation Members when I first started posting screenshots...here are a few tips I was given:
--Prior to taking the Screenshot...Pause the Flight
--Wait until the only thing in the picture is the scenery and aircraft...nothing in red writing in upper corners of the picture
--Something about Pausing the Flight also allows the FSX Framework to catch up...Not sure I explained that correctly... :lol:
--Sometimes when you take the Flight Off Pause the black exhaust smoke will show...just wait a second until it dissipates and then take the shot...also a good time
to check on different Angles for the Screenshot
--I use my "A" Key prior to starting the flight...I use the Down Arrow on Keypad to move the Camera to the rear of the aircraft...I hit my "A" Key Once...this allows me to use the Keypad to see more angles...I bet you knew that anyways... :lol: :dance:

Well Anthin, I try to learn at least One New Thing Every Day...it always comes up this Electronic Gizmo hates me... :doh: :violin:

Again, the above shot is very nice... ;)

Thanks Doug.

I was given some script to get rid of that red print.

It was to be inserted in the fsx cfg. I guess it didn't work

Have to check next time.

Anthin. :oops:

Great shot, Anthin!

Make sure under [Main] in your FSX cfg. you have these three lines and they are set to 1 not 0.
HideInfoText=1
HideMenuFullscreen=1
HideMenuNormal=1

Also, I use add on external views to get the angle I want as opposed to using the default exterior views that just revolve around the aircraft.
These entries go in the individual Aircraft cfg. file. Make sure there aren't existing views already. Remember to make a back up before editing :D

If you were unaware, you move the camera with: Shift+Enter/Backspace, Ctrl+Enter/Backspace and Shift+Ctrl+Enter/Backspace.
This allows almost any angle and gets the aircraft out of the center of the shot O0

Hi CHUCK.

I have tried all of the above but for some reason no
change. I will keep trying with various other planes.

Have to take a break as I am in a lot of pain at the
moment.

Good morning all... ;)

When the Red Script appears on the Upper Right Corner of my Screenshots I simply wait for thirty (30) seconds or more and it disappears all by itself.

I usually Pause the Screenshot when the Red Script appears and this does two things for me...
--Red Script will disappear within thirty (30) seconds or so
--allows the computer framework to stabilize...not sure I am explaining that one right...but the picture (scenery) gets better looking

Take care Anthin...Would you like me to send you a couple of ninety year old horse nurses... :?: :o :lol:

Thank you Doug but I might decline on the
horse nurses. :snooty:

A few inches of Ontario snow would go down
well though. :lol:

Best wishes Anthin.
